Budget option for going in to the parks. Rooms were generally clean with fresh linens. Receptionist and service was timely and polite. Complimentary breakfast is from 630-9 and is decent. Driving to main attractions is very easy. While staying, the elevators were very slow and even broke down the morning we were checking out. If busy, expect to take the stairs or wait for the elevator. The hotel is also directly across from a small theme park which makes it fun if you wanna go out to grab some fair food or hit some rides in the evening. This comes with the downside of it being loud into the weekend evenings and even hard to get into the hotel parking lot due to all of the vehicle and foot traffic going in and out of the park. Overall, decent pick for the price. Be purposeful in planning.

From check-in to check-out we were treated as family. The staff at this hotel is awesome. Rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Kevin at the Tiki bar was awesome to deal with and provided excellent service every evening weather it was just a couple drinks or for dinner by the pool side.

Overall, this is a decent, good hotel with a nice atmosphere. The location is perfect—it is right in front of Old Town so you can just walk there. The parks are close too (Disney is about a 20-minute drive and Universal is around 30 minutes). The property is good for families and cleanliness was good. The room was big and decent, and having a microwave and coffee machine inside was great. We liked the breakfast, the gym was decent, and the free parking is a big plus. The pool is very good, and while the hot tub is nice, the chlorine was a bit too high. Conveniently, they also have an ATM and a shop inside where you can find Disney merchandise. However, a few things to note: Do not believe in the free shuttle. It is basically useless because the timings are very bad. Also, the check-in line was a bit long, and the service was mixed—our bathroom vent wasn't working, and even after we told them, they didn't fix it. Still, a decent stay overall.

The rooms were the same as every other comfort suites I've been too. The service was good, the breakfast area was bigger than most but the selection of food was slim. I would have figured for the area it was in, it would have more options like most of their chains do. The location is great! Really close to the theme parks, old town, fun spot, mini golf, tons of restaurants, and shopping!

This was our first stay here for our Family Disney vacation, and it was an absolute pleasant stay. Everything from the check in, to the room, to the cleanliness, the area, Everything was absolutely perfect. It's very close to Disney parks and the breakfast was great as well. We absolutely loved everything We definitely recommend if you and your family are looking for an affordable stay for your Disney vacation. We booked a suite and it was so clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the shower had a great stream, after a long day at the park. The room was cleaned nicely and the staff was so friendly and helpful. This hotel is central to Disney World and next to Old Town which has some small rides for kids and great "small town" shopping and night life with good 70's music. The breakfast buffet is excellent and staff are friendly and accommodating. Worth every penny!

Room big and clean room, good part is they change towels and remove garbage everyday. Location is ideal for Disney. Staff is great too. They serve Mickey shaped waffles during breakfast. Has a pool and hot tub open 24hrs. Will recommend this place. Lot of Parking available and it is free.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice in less than a month, each visit for three nights. Our first stay was on the 5th floor, where the entire hallway had a strong mildew smell. Thankfully, the odor didn’t carry into our room. The breakfast was decent, and while the bed was on the harder side, it was manageable. During our second stay, we brought our son. Even though our reservation noted three guests, the room was only stocked with towels for two. We had to call the front desk, but to their credit, they brought extra towels immediately. We also used the pool and hot tub this time. The chlorine level was extremely strong—better than not enough, but definitely overwhelming—and the “beach towels” provided were very small and thin. Only one elevator was working during our second stay. With seven floors (us staying on the 7th floor the 2nd time) and a fairly large hotel, this meant long waits at times. Luggage carts were also limited, and we struggled to find one at checkout on both visits. Location-wise, the hotel is convenient. It’s about a 15‑minute drive to Disney, and the free parking is a big plus. There’s a Fun Spot park directly across the street. We didn’t visit, but it was loud. During our first stay, our room faced the front of the building, and we could hear the screams and ride noises clearly. Our second room was on the back side, and it was much quieter. Overall, the hotel is decent—some issues, but nothing that would keep us from returning. Front desk staff was nice and pleasant. We’ll stay here again, especially for the convenience to the parks.
